How to Become More Mindful
If you have found yourself stressed to the max more often than not, then mindfulness might be something for you to explore. Today we talk about how to become more mindful in your day to day. When you are able to gain mindfulness, you will see such a change in your life, family and business.
During this episode with mindfulness specialist, Renee Metty, I had a few huge awakenings when it comes to how I interact with my kids. I’ve already started implementing these changes and I’m so grateful that Renee talked about these things because I’ve seen some huge positive results with my (almost) 4 year old.
